How long does it take to create a custom headstone?
A custom headstone typically ranges from 8-12 weeks from approval of the design. This timeframe allows for careful stone selection, precise cutting, detailed hand carving (if requested), and quality finishing. If it is a special order i.e Special colour having a Head & Kerb set this can take up to 16-20 weeks from order.

Black granite remains the most popular choice due to its timeless elegance, excellent contrast for inscriptions, and superior weather resistance. Blue Pearl granite is increasingly popular for its distinctive sparkle and sophisticated appearance, while Bahama Blue offers a unique, serene aesthetic. Do your headstones come with a guarantee and what maintenance is required?
Yes, all our headstones come with a twelve month guarantee covering craftsmanship and materials. Granite is naturally durable and requires minimal maintenance—occasional gentle cleaning with warm soapy water is usually sufficient. We provide verbal detailed care instructions with each memorial and offer ongoing support to ensure your headstone remains beautiful for generations.
